This experience reminded me of our shared humanity and the importance of our emotions. The emotional intelligence aspect had a lasting impact on me. It's about creating workplaces where being predictable and open leads to trust and acceptance, allowing for better conversations.

This journey has been a learning curve, teaching me the value of resilience and persistence. I used to struggle with giving feedback, but now I can communicate effectively and delegate tasks, which has significantly improved my team’s performance.

AMI used its blended learning approach to ensure the programme translated into actual on-the-job practice and performance improvement.
