Overview

Many managers arrive into their position because they thrived as individual contributors. However, managing requires a different set of skills to deliver results when leading teams to achieve specific goals and targets.


Whether a new or seasoned manager, AMI’s flagship management programme helps individual performers transform into highly effective managers who can lead teams.


AMI's learning approach combines interactive workshops, self-led online learning, team-based activities, on-the-job practice, and real-time feedback, focusing on manager-specific approaches. All experiences ensure managers learn quickly and effectively while on the job.


Throughout the 4-6 month program, participants learn and apply effective tools and approaches on the job. Each participant and cohort works on a strategic “Change Challenge” of their choice to apply new skills and behaviours to effect meaningful change in their role, performance, and the organisation or business they work in.
