Overview
The Changing Gears Programme is designed to help managers, supervisors, and team leaders understand the changes in responsibilities, mindsets, and expectations. It guides them in adapting their approach to leadership and team dynamics for effective management.
Managers will learn to identify why their current strategies may not be effective and how to address issues that arise when tasks aren't completed as expected, fostering stronger team collaboration and accountability.
