About The Event
In honor of Women’s History Month, The African Management wants to recognize and highlight some of the remarkable women in HR in Kenya. Remarkable Women in HR is an event hosted by AMI Enterprise that is all about celebrating women in HR leadership who are creating organization-wide impact through strategic initiatives that foster talent development, employee productivity, succession planning, and cultural development, among others.
While this tribute captures just a snapshot of the outstanding women contributing to the human resources field, we acknowledge the vast and dynamic talent pool that extends beyond our showcase. Our purpose is to pay homage to those with whom we have collaboratively advanced their HR function through learning and development, those whose functions spoke to our mandate as an organization, and those with whom we aspire to partner in the future.
Throughout this event, we will:
- engage in meaningful conversations to highlight the impactful contributions made by women in HR.
- delve into success stories of women who have significantly influenced their organizations, overcoming challenges to achieve success.
- explore strategies for leadership development, focusing on nurturing and empowering women leaders in HR.
- examine the pivotal role of women in HR in driving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals, showcasing examples of innovative HR strategies and their impact on business performance.

Time: 8: 00 am to 12: 00 p.m.
