Our structured 4-6 month program develops essential management skills through focused stages:

  • Phase 1: Making Things Happen – Managers transition smoothly into management roles by understanding the pivotal changes in their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Phase 2: Dealing With Challenges: Managers gain confidence in managing challenging conversations, managing their time and solving problems in their organizations
  • Phase 3: Building a Great Team: Managers learn effective strategies to empower and motivate their teams, fostering ownership and accountability.

Cost:

  • All female participants- $250
  • Male Participants’ cost is dependent on the size of the company based on the number of employees:
    • 50 or less employees – $250
    • 50 to 100 employees – $375
    • 100 plus employees – $575
