Africa's trusted training & learning partner

Africa's established and growth businesses are already learning and growing with AMI.

Learning Approach

AMI’s learning model is built around the simple evidence-backed principle that adults learn by doing.

More than traditional training, AMI helps leaders, managers and teams develop the habits they need to thrive on the job and improve performance. We don’t do one-off training; our programmes provide skills and practical tools that businesses and teams will use forever.

As part of all our programmes, we introduce practical business and management tools that can be downloaded on a phone or laptop and immediately applied at work. Through powerful learning journeys, experiences, and peer-to-peer support, we encourage our participants to implement these tools over time, until they become a habit.

Proven results

CEOs and leadership report that AMI’s workplace learning programmes have led to the following results for recent participants and enrolled employees:

  • 73% report increased company revenue
  • 96% feel better equipped to tackle work challenges
  • 82% report report improvements in the company’s key performance metrics
  • 100% apply what they learn at work

AMI used its blended learning approach to ensure the programme translated into actual on-the-job practice and performance improvement. My sense is that the value generated from the team projects alone has more than paid for the programme itself.

- Jesse Moore, CEO of M-Kopa
