How Talent Leaders and Executives Can Build Agile Teams to Drive Africa’s Clean Energy Goals

About The Event

Africa’s energy sector is at a tipping point. With the surge of renewable energy, ambitious infrastructure projects, and the escalating urgency of climate action, the industry is evolving at breakneck speed. But this transformation isn’t just about technical advancements—it’s about building agile teams equipped to adapt, innovate, and deliver results in a highly complex environment.

The challenge? Research shows that 70% of organizations struggle to align team behaviors with strategic goals. In the high-stakes energy sector, this challenge is even more pronounced. While technical expertise remains critical, the ability to inspire, lead, and manage teams effectively is what truly drives long-term success.

This webinar is your opportunity to learn how to bridge that gap. Designed for CEOs, HR leaders, and talent executives, the session will uncover actionable strategies to build agile, high-performing teams capable of advancing Africa’s clean energy goals.
