Development Sector IN-PERSON EVENT
Mastering Cross-Generational and Cross-Cultural Team Leadership
About The Event
Managing diverse teams across multiple generations and geographic locations has become more complex, particularly in the development sector. Organizations in the development sector often work across countries with teams representing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and regions. The ability to effectively manage this diversity is critical for success, yet it also presents unique communication, engagement, and leadership challenges.
This event is designed specifically for talent leaders within the development sector. It aims to address the complexities of managing intergenerational and cross-country teams. With the global trend toward remote work, non-traditional work arrangements, and an increasingly multi-generational workforce, HR professionals must develop skills and strategies to foster collaboration, unity, and productivity.
