The event provided a unique opportunity for talent managers, HR professionals and those in the workforce to gain insights and strategies for advancing their careers in the energy industry and as leaders in a broader professional context.
AMI’s leadership and management programmes have been targeted and customised for the energy sector, including two programmes actively recruiting – Empowering Managers and Future Females in Energy. Connect with the AMI Enterprise team to learn more about our business outcome-focused workplace learning and talent training offerings specifically for Africa’s ambitious energy companies.
